Litigation Support

The Firm employs network database programs to assist our attorneys in managing complex litigation. We regularly use this technology to manage cases with thousands or even hundreds of thousands of pages of documents and deposition transcripts. The documents are profiled and added to their respective databases; subsequent searches for specific information or testimony are greatly simplified and expedited, resulting in more complete and effective preparation. The Firm's technology and experience assist in managing large repositories of documents, providing easy, organized, and immediate access to documents and other vital case information.

These databases, combined with the in-house ability to scan documents, enables us to design and build databases specific to the needs of a client or particular matter. The firm also regularly works with outside vendors when cost-effective for our clients.
